At Frank And Oak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns are subject to a small flat-rate shipping fee that will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it securely to your package.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in resalable condition.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
